Privacy Policy
Effective 27 August 2026. This policy covers Studio SB Coaching and this website, www.studiosbcoaching.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send. When you submit a form on this site we collect your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you write in the message field — usually a description of where a student is in the process and what feels stuck. If you email or call directly, we hold that conversation too.
This website does not collect transcripts, test scores, financial information or payment details. Nothing of that kind should be sent through the contact form. If work begins, any documents needed are handled separately and directly.
Students under 18
Most of the students we work with are minors, and we treat that seriously. This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Where a student is under 18, we expect a parent or guardian to be aware of and involved in the engagement, and we are happy to communicate with parents directly. If you believe a young person has sent us information without a parent’s knowledge, contact us and we will delete it.
Student work and essays
Drafts, essays and anything else a student shares with us are confidential. They are used to give feedback and are not shown to anyone else, submitted anywhere, or used to train any system.
The example essays published on this site were shared with the students’ permission and have had names and identifying places removed at their request. Nothing is ever published without asking first.
How we use it
To reply to your message, understand what kind of support would help, and follow up about working together. That is the whole purpose. We also keep our own records of conversations we have had.
Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, you are agreeing that we can call or text you about your inquiry. Reply STOP to any text message and we will stop texting you. We never share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
Who else sees it
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is shared only with the services that make the inquiry work — our website host, our email provider, and the system we use to keep track of conversations. Those providers only handle your details in order to deliver that service.
We would also disclose information if the law required it — for example, a court order.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not run analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. Nothing is set that needs your consent, which is why you are not seeing a cookie banner.
Some pages link out to third-party services — Google Drive for free downloads, Calendly for scheduling, and social media profiles. Once you follow one of those links you are on their site, under their privacy policy, not ours.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and records of conversations are kept while they are useful for serving you and meeting our own record-keeping needs. If you want your details removed sooner, ask and we will remove them.
Security
Your message is sent over an encrypted connection and stored on access-restricted systems. No method of transmitting or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — but we do not keep anything we do not need.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will deal with it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new version here with an updated effective date.
